When a woman's body is found in the quiet Cornwall village of Tintagel, Lizzie Nelson fears that her Top Secret will be discovered. Lizzie has moved to Cornwall to guard her secret and to escape from her past. Now she's receiving threatening notes and her past is about to catch up with her.

Lizzie has suffered at the hands of her family as they try to make her give up her 'Top Secret' and her son has disowned her.
