A vegetarian diet makes leas of a negative impact on the resources and health of the earth and helps support ‘the ethical treatment of animals. Positve moral choices have significance far beyond ‘our own personal horizon, ‘When life is full of responsibilities and too overwhelming, we need to find those activities that can give us a sense of peace and calm. There Is something nurturing and satisfying about preparing a meal for loved ones. Even taking a litle time to cook for ‘ourselves can dissolve the stress of the day and give usa sense of well-being that Is beyond the goodness ofthe food ital. ‘We lve in atime in which we are a risk of losing a sense of intimacy and connection Family meals ae atime to relax and enjoy each other's company and to nurture community and love. Cooking is a wonderful chance to cultivate these values and also to be creative and experimental therefore we have Included variations of some recipes to inspire a new culinary journey.
