What accounts for the cross- national variation in laws, employer policies, and implementation of policiesdealingwithsexualharassmentintheworkplace?Whywasthe UnitedStatesattheforefrontofpolicyandlegalsolutions,andhowdid this affect politicization of sexual harassment in the European Union and its member states?
