Young Navy analyst Chad Gritt discovers the Chinese are using an undetectable spying system, code named EEL, to monitor every American development, except for America’s most important secret: Arctic Angel.

The CIA’s analysts and whiz kids apply every cyber technique in their arsenal and still know nothing about the Chinese technology. Realizing that the only chance to unmask the threat is old fashioned field work, the CIA director recruits the eccentric former CIA operative Thadius Walker to help.

Young Chad Gritt and aging Thad Walker form Team Walker. Gritt is tasked with understanding the Chinese threat while Walker develops strategies to keep their adversaries from discovering the secret.
