This is a very exciting time for pharmacists, pharmacy students, educators, and others associated with the professionof pharmacy. A number of factors have come together to provide new opportunities for pharmacists, especially inpatient care and expanded professional roles. But with the new opportunities also comes challenges, including thechallenge of how to manage the personal and professional resources necessary to succeed in today's ever-changingenvironment.
