It relates to a new approach to developing experiences and working together. It has been used as both a concept and an acronym, and is designed to act as a ‘cue’ to inspire new thinking. Delivering EPIC moments means delivering impressively great experiences. It means working in partnership to ‘join up’ existing disparate products to create experiences that are EPIC.
