The details in this book do not, and will not, describe any real estate flipping program, buying foreclosed properties, making money on the internet by selling the junk out of your garage, mail order sales, making stuff at home and selling it for big money, multi-level selling programs where you sign up thousands of people to sell cleaners and detergents or my personal (just kidding) favorite, ads claiming that by stuffing 500 envelopes a day, you can make big money working from your kitchen table. I can help describe for you the real estate get rich quick schemes, and they can work as simply as this: buy a house cheap, the worst shape in the best neighborhood possible, then spend as little money as possible fixing it up, and then sell it for as much as you can, hopefully for a profit. You can also do that in your spare time if you wish. That program, making $10,000 here and there after months of work, is not going to make you a millionaire fast. Again you are the labor component, and you have to rely on so many forces beyond your control such as market value forces, costs of materials, labor (unless you are the labor) and of course you have to find a fool greater than you, who will buy the house you just bought, but at a price that will be a profit for you. Otherwise, you continue to own it, praying for a buyer. Also, do you think someone else may have the same idea? How many competitors will you have in your town or neighborhood? Get real……those sound great but do you realize how much you have to sell your house, your products or your x services for, to even make any money, after all your overhead expenses? Get real, you will not become a multimillionaire making a few extra thousand dollars every week. You need a plan that can realistically work for you, while you still hold your day job, and one that you can understand and execute within your own understanding, financial ability and of course, the approval of your spouse. As we all know, spouse’s approval is very important. So make sure that the spouse realizes that you, as a millionaire, suddenly get additional important attributes such as higher credit card limits applicable to the spouse’s card, possible staff to do the laundry, and of course, a personal shopper when needed. I am certain that you can come up with additional great reasons to become more attractive to your spouse as a result of your new millionaire status. Also, as we all know, if it is “hard” to make real money, the kind that really improves your lifestyle, the kind that we all see depicted on television, and the kind that you are certainly capable of if you have the right information, and the right guidance. I cannot think of any of the wellknown multimillionaires in the news, who were not just regular people with a regular job, and making regular money before they took the steps needed to make it to the millionaire level. There is absolutely nothing that stands in your way of attaining that status, except YOU. You are holding yourself back by not taking the needed next step, or you can. Making “real” money, unless you inherited a $10 million or a $100 million trust fund, will never involve you working out of your spare room, or your garage or just fiddling with internet sales. It will and does involve having/owning a “real” business, with real employees and revenues. It will involve having others work for you, and not just you working 24/7. After all, there are only so many hours in a day, and working out of your home, when the kids want to play with you, the dog wants to bring you toys to toss, and your spouse wants to know if you can run out and pick up some milk at the convenience store and get a car wash too, is not the secret of your future business success.
