The Legislative Guides contained in the present publication are intended to assist States seeking to ratify or implement the United Nations Convention against Transnational Organized Crime and its Supplementary Protocols. They also aim to provide a helpful basis for bilateral technical assistance projects and other initiatives undertaken to promote their broad ratification and implementation.
