Marble play “I originally wanted Calacatta marble but opted instead for Carrara with lots of veining. It was cheaper but looks like Calacatta,” says owner Yael. Tactile & terrific From the heavily veined marble benchtop to the sheen of the copper handles and tapware, all the touch points of the kitchen are textured, gleaming and tactile. THE VISION ar. z Sydney apartment owner Yael Katz turned to Pinterest to Uri ul transform a ’70s-vintage, U-shaped kitchen into her dream a scheme. “I knew I wanted to use black and marble, and then P hn I found the perfect room to base my whole kitchen on,” she o y J says.
