Revising admissions policies through analysis of success predictors.  Serving on the School of Education leadership team to align policies, procedures, and processes in the pursuit of NCATE accreditation as the 5 Assessment Coordinator for Advanced Programs.  Working collaboratively with master’s, EdS and EdD faculty to establish an academic flow, scope and sequencing between the three programs.
