Installing a new 208Y/120V panelboard serving the new building. The panelboard shall be fed from the adjacent electrical utility power lines with new aerial cables connected to a PECO installed pole mounted transformer. A utility meter shall be provided and installed by PECO. All service equipment and wiring installed by the Electrical Contractor shall be in accordance with all PECO standards. 2. (PADEP Document Number 258-2182-773(August 7, 2010)) If the excess excavated material cannot be reused on the site of the project, then the Contractor must remove the excess material from the site unless prior written approval has been provided by PIDC. In all situations, the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding the handling, use and disposal of excavated materials. 9. Bid Proposals and bid prices shall be valid for 60 calendar days after bid opening unless otherwise mutually extended by the PAID/PIDC and lowest responsive, responsible Bidder. 10. Access to the site for inspection by the Bidders will be part of the pre- bid conference scheduled on the cover. 11.
