I’d like to thank all my clients and students over the years. They have, by and large, been so pleasant to work with and have given me many wonderful insights and warmth, while enlarging my own knowledge and awareness of the ins and outs of intuition. I owe them a huge debt for their willingness to work with me and for all that I have gained from our work. Close friends have also been supportive of my process and have my whole- hearted gratitude as well. I’d like to especially thank two good friends, Kathlyn Bushnell and Theresa Waltermeyer, who have walked the path of writing this book along with me by listening to my concerns and making suggestions. I would like to thank everyone at Llewellyn for their belief in this book and assistance in its preparation, including Angela Wix, Andrea Neff, and Andy Belmas. My hope is that all the effort put into the creation of this book may be fruitful for those who read it. contents introduction one: Are You Intuitive? two: Your Basic 411 on Intuition three: Myths about Intuition and Potential Pitfalls four: How Do You Access Your Intuition? five: Meditation Exercises to Enter an Intuitive State six: Beginner Exercises to Develop Your Intuition seven: Working with Your Intuitive Information eight: Cultivating and Growing Your Intuition nine: Refining Your Intuition with Advanced and Additional Exercises ten: Additional Recommendations, Cautions, and Tips appendix: Working with Your Dreams Recommended Reading Bibliography There are things so deep and complex that only intuition can reach it in our stage of development as human beings. —john astin
