I am Mr. ABANE Hakim born on 06/07/1973 in Algeria, married with two children. Holder of a diploma of engineer of the meteorology of the IHFR. I occupied the post of forecaster within the Office National Meteorology for four years before joining the IHFR as a teacher. Currently I am the head of pedagogical affairs at the IHFR. My area of expertise is dynamic meteorology and climate modelling Dr. Moira E. Doyle received her graduate degrees (Licenciada) in Meteorology and a Ph.D. in Atmospheric Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is currently head of the Department of Atmospheric and Ocean Sciences where she works as professor giving graduate and undergraduate Meteorology courses. She is part of the team which developed an on line course on General Meteorology which is open to students from other universities with interest in meteorology and professionals. She is also a climatology researcher at the Centro de Investigaciones del Mar y la Atmósfera belonging to the Argentine National Research Council. Bio Marinés Campos Director in charge of RTC at SMN Argentina since 2017. Has a degree in Meteorology (UBA) and Education (UTN) and a Master´s degree in Environmental Science (UBA). Has worked in research projects at UBA and Hydrological Service, environmental consultancy and as instructor at all levels. Joined SMN Training Department in 2013 and the Task Team for WMO International Cloud Atlas. Online training got started then and she adopted WMO N° 1114 to promote change. Participating in successive Tr Tr Courses, Calmet events, Vlab , and projects (CM4SH and its application), collaboration with COMET for GOES R training in Spanish, have been enriching experiences to be shared in RAIII. Jeff Wilson - AUSTRALIA (Retired) Jeff was involved in the education and training of personnel involved in weather, water and climate for most of his working career. Originally training as a Glaciologist he moved to meteorology in 1980 and spent the next 27 years with the Australian Bureau of Meteorology before moving to the WMO Secretariat in early 2008. Following his retirement in mid 2016 he has assisted the Korean Meteorological Agency, the Australian Bureau of Meteorology and more recently the WMO Education and Training Office with education and training related matters KATHY-ANN L. CAESAR Chief Meteorologist Ag Ms. Kathy-Ann L. Caesar is the Acting Chief Meteorologist and Head of the Meteorology Department, at the Caribbean Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology (CIMH); and the Coordinator of Meteorology, for the Bachelors of Science in the Faculty of Science and Technology at UWI, Cave Hill. Experience in the area of meteorology, with emphasis on Remote Sensing, working mainly in the following subjects: Satellite image products, PostgreSQL / POSTGIS geospatial database, energy balance, radiation balance, surface temperature and evapotranspiration by remote sensing. He has been working in the Satellite Image Products Section of the National Institute of Meteorology since 2006. Michelle HARDY Michelle graduated from Université du Québec à Montréal with a Bachelor in Atmospheric Sciences and a Certificate in Education. After seven years teaching in high school, she was hired as an operational meteorologist in Environment Canada’s Meteorological Service (MSC). She worked as an aviation and public forecaster and then was promoted to the specialized services chief position where she developed her client relations skills and knowledge. She recently joined the Training and Career Development Division where she manages continuous learning activities for meteorologists within MSC. Many of these activities address the needs in training in innovations in technology, tools and services implemented within the MSC as well as defining training roadmaps to help meteorologists in their career progression. Prof. LI Beiqun Professor, President, Vice Chancellor of Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology; He mainly engaged in the research of ideological and political education, education economy and management, higher education management and etc. Presided over and participated in more than ten projects such as the National Social Science Fund, Jiangsu Province Social Science Fund, China Meteorological Bureau soft Science Project and Scientific Research Plans on Education by China Higher Education Society. He has published more than ten academic papers on CSSCI journals such as China Higher Education Research, Jiangsu Social Sciences, Jiangsu Higher Education, Xuehai and one book. Erick R. Rivera Fernández Biographical sketch Erick R. Rivera Fernández is professor at the School of Physics and researcher at the Center for Geophysical Research, University of Costa Rica (UCR). His doctoral dissertation centered on the relationship between atmospheric rivers and intense winter precipitation events in Arizona. He is currently using regional numerical models to perform dynamical downscaling of climate change projections over Central America. He collaborates as instructor in the online Master's Program in Operational Meteorology and the Course of Aeronautical Meteorology for Observers, both offered by the UCR.
