DIVERSION LOCATION Source: Nowood River N 61E 35' E, 851' from corner no.5 of Tract 50, Township 49N, Range 91W. CONVEYANCE DESCRIPTION Open dirt ditch 7 1/2 miles long delivering water to approximately 1700 acres (including lands originally served by the Avant, Secesh, and Dyke ditches) using portions of those original ditches as laterals adding another approximately 3 miles of ditch. Ditch serves 8 users and has an approximate capacity of 30 c.f.s. CONVEYANCE DESCRIPTION Open earthen canal with some lining; is common carrier for Perkins and J.F.W. ditch water as well. Main ditch is approximately 6 miles long with major laterals adding another estimated 6 miles of ditch. Supplies water to approximately 3375 acres not including Perkins and J.F.W. ditches.
