Makes: 2 cups Cook Time: 10 mins Ingredients: 1 ½ cups grapeseed oil ½ cup extra virgin olive oil 2 shallots, quartered and pressed 3 garlic cloves, peeled and pressed 1 tbsp dried Herbes de Provence 1 tsp black peppercorns Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. 2. Mix and place over low heat for 10 minutes. 3. Turn heat off and let oil cool completely. 4. Strain oil through a fine mesh and preserve in airtight oil bottles or jars. 5. Keep for up to 3 months. Rosemary Garlic Olive Oil This oil is perfect for steaks. Use it during or after cooking for elevated flavors. Makes: 2 cups Cook Time: 10 mins Ingredients: 2 cups olive oil 5 fresh rosemary sprigs 4 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. 2. Mix and place over low heat for 10 minutes. 3. Turn heat off and let oil cool completely. 4. Strain oil through a fine mesh and preserve in airtight oil bottles or jars. 5. Keep for up to 3 months.
