FAA-S-8081-30 (this page intentionally left blank) FAA-S-8081-30 FOREWORD The Sport Pilot Practical Test Standards for Airship, Balloon, and Flight Instructor has been published by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to establish the standards for the knowledge and skills necessary for the issuance of a Sport Pilot Certificate. FAA inspectors and designated pilot examiners shall conduct practical tests in compliance with these standards. Flight Instructors and Commercial Lighter-Than-Air pilots shall conduct instruction and proficiency checks in accordance with these standards.
