Rules-1959, the Delhi Development Authority hereby makes with the prior approval of the Central Govt., Recruitment Regulations far the past of Commissioners in the DDA which may be read as under : Recruitment Regulations for the post of Commissioners in Delhi Development Authority 1. Name of the post : Commissioner/Secretary 2. Number of posts : 5 Commissioners and one post of Secretary (total 6) 3. Classification : Group 'A' 4. Scale of pay : I. DEPARTMENTAL COMMISSIONERS a] On initial appointment, the pay scale of the post shall be Rs. 14300-18300/-. (The same scale as the departmental Directors, Selection Grade who are being given this scale on non—functional basis). Departmental Commissioners shall however be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 18400-22400/- from the date they have completed five * (5) years of service on the post of Commissioners. b] Number of posts in the scale of Rs. 18400-22400/- interchangeable with the posts in the pay scale of Rs. 14300-18300/- shall be restricted to 2 for the departmental officers, II. COMMISSIONERS ON DEPUTATION They shall draw the pay scale as per their terms of appointment and as per instructions of the DOP & T and the Ministry of Urban Affairs and Employment. - 5.
