More than 50 local officials and influencers from the three major cities in the area – El Paso, and Las Cruces and Alamogordo, New Mexico – attended the ceremony. Speakers at the ceremony included Alamogordo’s Pro Tem Mayor Gregory Smith, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Vice President Terri Reed, and El Paso native Chief Master Sgt.
