Year in Review 3 Greetings, A few years ago, and to describe their Bauer College experience, a student posted a sign outside their classroom. It read “Where Awesome Happens,” a fitting tribute to the quality of the learning environment that our faculty and staff create. Coming from a student, it means more than speeches and letters shared by a dean. I consider myself very fortunate to see firsthand the meaning of this phrase. Our mission at Bauer College is to create a learning support structure so our students learn, gain confidence, develop support networks, and create opportunity for themselves and for others around them. Our goal is to make a difference and change lives. Follow along these pages as we bring to you a snapshot of the numbers that tell our story and capture our aspirations. Sincerely and with warm regards,, Latha Ramchand Dean and Professor, Finance C. T.
