Lamb, Missouri Public Drinking Water Branch Chief SUBJECT: 2017 Census of Missouri Public Water Systems The Missouri Department of Natural Resources is pleased to publish the annual Census of Missouri Public Water Systems. This census provides the public with detailed information regarding the volume, source water type, population and other characteristics of water systems. In addition, test results for selected chemicals are included along with the types of treatments used by Missouri water systems. We hope this report will serve as a helpful reference for anyone needing information about a Missouri public water system, or who is simply interested in learning more about the water coming out of their tap. The census is available online and can be found at: dnr.mo.gov/env/wpp/census.htm The complete results of all of the chemical analyses are on file in the office of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources’ Public Drinking Water Branch. Also, all compliance results are online and can be viewed at: dnr.mo.gov/DWW/ While this publication provides summary information about individual water systems, additional resources are available.
