ThisyearwewouldliketorecognizeMr.Erwin Washburnasoneof thedrivingforces behind thedevelopmentofCarverHighSchool.In 1985,Mr. Washburnpushed thetown to build their own high school and achieved itwhen the town brokeground in the winter of 1986. About two years later Carver students began school atPlymouth South, and then after many years ofwaiting, Carver opened its own _ high school inJanuary, 1988. Since 1988, Mr. Washburn has seen tremendous spirit within the school, by its students.
