NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that 73rd Annual General Meeting of the Members of Bajaj Electricals Limited will be held on Thursday, the 26th day of July, 2012 at 12.30 P.M. at Walchand Hirachand Hall, 4th Floor, Indian Merchants’ Chamber, IMC Marg, Churchgate, Mumbai 400 020 to transact the following business: 1. To consider and adopt the Profit and Loss Account for the financial year ended 31st March, 2012 and the Balance Sheet as at that date together with the Reports of the Board of Directors and Auditors thereon. 2. To declare dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2012. 3. To appoint a Director in place of Shri Madhur Bajaj, who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment. 4.
