The conference addressed the challenges and opportunities for agricultural intensification of the humid highland systems of sub-Saharan Africa. CIALCA is a Consortium of the International Agricultural Research Centers (IARCs) and their national research and development partners that aims at close technical and administra- tive collaboration and planning in areas of common interest, thereby enhancing returns to the investments made by DGD, Belgium and accelerating impact at the farm level.
