All AAS units and activities are subject to the provisions of the manual and are further governed by all other pertinent official publications of the USAF, AFROTC, and AFCW. SUMMARY OF REVISIONS Changes include the addition of the National President of Silver Wings as a co-chair for Joint Rules Ways and Means Committee (JWRMC) meetings, the creation of an AAS Proxy Vote Form (AASF 9) to facilitate business at NATCON, removal of the first-class mail requirement for resolution submission for NATCON, modification of the AAS vision statement to clarify increased support of Silver Wings as a partner organization, and rewording the overview concerning the Joint National Project (JNP) to clarify existing guidance.
