Through collaborative efforts we come to the 96th Annual Leadership Seminar bringing together 16 departments and auxiliaries consisting of delegates traveling from the 12 Apostolic Regions across the US and countries outside of the US. We come together for spiritual enrichment, leadership and church growth training, fellowship, auxiliary and church reporting, and to finalize the Holy Convocation planning. Our ultimate goal is to advance kingdom work. As a body of believers, leadership and position training are the cornerstones of growing a ministry. We endeavor to operate as a team and strive to transform individual thinking into collective thinking, building within all a sense of interdependence, oneness and community. Leaders understanding his or her role and building collaborative initiatives have more of a significant impact within the organization. Effective collaboration depends on effective leadership.
