The college should fulfil the requirement of MSVE from VCI released in 2008 and observation made by the VCI team visited earlier for faculty -, supporting staff in TVCC and ILFC. and in the subject of LPT. However. if the College is able to tUlfil all these requirements of Veterinary education as per guidelines of VCI and ICAR within a period of one year, it may be considered for accreditation, and in such case further PRT visit is not required but University has to submit substantial record and proof to the Council for the action taken in the matter. IV. B.Sc. (Agri.) programme in B.A. College of Agriculture. Anaiad was not considered for accreditation on the ground that the student: teacher ratio in classroom is very high (133:1). However, if the college is able to fulfil the guidelines of the ICAR within a period of one year it may be considered for accreditation, and in such case further PRT visit is not required but University has to submit substantial record and proof to the Council for the action taken in the matter. 4. The following degree programmes were not considered for accreditation as these do not meet the ICAR guidelines. College of Agricultural Information Technology (i) (cid:9) Bacilelor Degree • B. Tech. The Governintl structure of the University should be made following ICAR Model Act. There should be regular posts of Faculty Deans. Principals of the College should be appointed based on All India Competition and also for a period of Five years. Deans PGS posts need to he segregated from the Director Research and should have its own office in place. The Registrar and Comptroller of the University need to be appointed following the procedures in the statutes and should not have permanent status till retirement. (cid:9)(cid:9) (( B. A.
