"Charity Never Taileth" And charity suffereth long, and is kind, and is not puffed up, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil, and rejoiceth not in iniquity but rejoiceth in the truth, beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Ifye have not charity, ye are nothing, for charity never faileth. Wherefore, cleave unto charity, which is the greatest ofall. On May 13, 1899, by-laws were accepted making the Relief Society organization lawful, consisting of eight officers. On February 3, 1900, officers were re-elected as previously with one new officer, Emily Jacobs, assistant secretary. On May 9, 1903, at a special meeting called by Bishop Hibbard, the following officers were sustained: Harriet Rowberry, President; Mary Rigby and Edith Mortimer, counselors; Emily Jacobs, secretary; Bertha E.
