2021 ECONOMIC REPORT SOUTHEAST REGION The Southeast Region is comprised of 13 counties in the southeast Workforce Demographics portion of Missouri. The region is home to several cities including Cape Girardeau, Sikeston, Caruthersville, and Park Hills.
