I acknowledge that I have received, read and shall abide by the information in the Staff and Event Talent Code of Conduct manual for this event, during the course of the event. ____2. I acknowledge that I will perform the duties of my specific position assignment. I also acknowledge that my position assignment may change based on the overall needs of the event. ____3. As outlined in that manual, I shall not be responsible for overseeing the activities of any attendee under the age of 18, during their time at this event, without a parent or guardian consistently and continuously present. ____4. I agree that my wardrobe shall not include non-Sanrio characters. SECTION 2: CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT (Initial each item) ____1. I agree that I will not communicate any Engagement specifics such as content offerings, celebrity attendance, event scheduling, etc., via social media, blogs, or any other public forums. SECTION 3: PHOTO RELEASE (Initial each item) ____1. I hereby agree that my personal likeness and activities, while onsite at this event, may and can be used in promotion of the event, archiving of event, or in promotion of future events and campaigns on behalf of Sanrio. ____2. For good and valuable consideration (the receipt and sufficiency of which I hereby acknowledge), I hereby grant Sanrio the universal and perpetual right to use, and to grant others the right to use, my name, image and likeness in and in connection with the production, distribution and other exploitation of the documentary motion picture now entitled "UNTITLED SANRIO DOCUMENTARY PROJECT" (the "Picture") and any sequels or remakes thereof; provided, however, that the rights granted to you herein shall not permit exercise of these rights as a direct commercial endorsement by me of any product or service (other than the Picture) without first obtaining my consent. ____3. Stolpa Onsiite Solutions, LLC, Pressure Point Creative and Sanrio may use and edit images of myself including personal biography, while working this event, in promotion of the Sanrio’s brand across all media, whether print, film, photographic, and on all outlets, including online, publishing, and theatrical releases. I agree as follows: “I hereby release you from all liability and obligations to me of any and all nature whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the exercise of the rights granted above, including, without limitation, from any liability for violation of rights of privacy, publicity, defamation or any similar right.
