As the EIS sub-consultant for the State of Hawai‘i Department of Accounting and General Services (DAGS), we have reviewed your comments and offer the following response. We acknowledge your comment that the existing water system is adequate to support the proposed project based on current data and that the Board of Water Supply reserves the right to change its position up until final approval of the building permit application. We also acknowledge the recommendations for water conservation measures and will consider them for proposed developments. We value your participation in the environmental review process.
