NOT E 6 NOT E I’ve recently joined the life of motherhood and as most parents understand, this keeps me very busy and up most nights. This got me thinking about family – the good, the bad and the ugly. Family is integral and for me, being part of the BBD family for the past 15 years has been just as crucial. Working with people you become like a family because you are together every day. We all encourage, motivate and help each other, but we also become close and learn to have fun together as a team. Many of us work very long hours and truly get to know the personalities of our sibling colleagues, their ups and downs, the daily intrigue of office life – the drama, the laughs, the cups of tea, carbophobia and don’t forget the chips! Being a part of the comms team, we play a significant role in keeping BBD close knit and connected. We created the BBD Family wall to inspire a family presence at work and I know I nag and nag many of you for articles for our magazine but we really do need all the latest information, events and news that we can share with our colleagues, clients, prospective employees and new clients – helping to keep us an intimate and tight knit family. But hey, can you blame me – I’m a Jewish kog and I love to find out anything anyone has to tell me. So come on, don’t make me beg - send us ANYTHING that we can share with our family to [email protected].
